Master Chan wins Gold at KSBO!

Kevin Chan wins the Men's under 70Kg division against very stiff competition at the KSBO (Knockdown Sport Budokwan Organisation) Ground Fighting National Championship held in Nottingham on Saturday 19th October 2002.

Kevin fought under the Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu banner, had 4 fights on the day, and won all of them.

Due to his busy schedule, this was Kevin's first competition of 2002.  After receiving the trophy for the Under 70kg division, Kevin was asked which was the hardest fight. He replied "Finding the time to train for competition, and losing 5kg in 10 days through dieting and training was the toughest challenge. After that fighting was the easy part."

One fight was the fastest submission of the day. An Arm Bar in 8 seconds!
