Tooting, London - Jiu Jitsu Workshop
Saturday 20th March 2010 1-4pm Three hour workshop session teaching the art of effective grappling. Each month you will pick up plenty of skills to work on. This seminar represents a whole month's regular training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class in 3 hours. This course is a very economical way of gaining plenty of knowledge to grapple effectively. Cost is £30 payable on the day. Gi's should be worn.Experience in Ground Work is recommended for those students taking Brown 1 & Black 2 Gradings.
